Today my Wacom Bamboo came in, one day earlier than expected! About a week ago I happened to be looking around the Internet and came upon the Bamboo. My first impression was that it was a very nice looking tablet and then I saw that it was only $80, which is very cheap for a tablet. So while I was Googling more about this, I found an Amazon link for it where it was selling for only $60! At such a price it was impossible to say no to it and thus it was quickly ordered.

The first thing that caught my eye with this was it’s incredible sleek look, which is even better in person when you see how thin it is. The blue backlight function keys at the top just add to the very professional looking design. The pen is wireless and battery free thanks to Wacom’s ingenious technology which allows the pad to transfer the power wirelessly. The pad itself feels like paper and is very comfortable to write and draw on.
For the price, this is a steal and I would get it just for the few times you would use it. But you’d probably begin to use it more and more and just find new ways to use it.
